Who handles your data. Gabriel Caruccio, operating as kTCH Data Studio.

What we collect. Your email address, and nothing else. No name, no phone, no payment details.
Why. One purpose only: to tell you when Crypto Analyst launches, and to send product news. We don't use it for anything else, we don't build a profile, and we don't make automated decisions about you.
Legal basis. Your consent, given by ticking the box (Brazilian Data Protection Act, art. 7, I).
How long. Until you unsubscribe, or up to 24 months if the launch doesn't happen — whichever comes first. Then it's deleted.
Who we share it with. Nobody, for their own purposes. We use two providers to run the list:
- Supabase — database, servers in Brazil (São Paulo);
- Resend — email delivery, servers in the United States.
This means your email is transferred outside Brazil so the message can be sent. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who is accountable. Gabriel Caruccio decides how your data is handled. The providers above act only on our instructions.
Your rights. Under art. 18 of the Brazilian Data Protection Act you may, at any time: confirm we hold your data; access it; correct it; request anonymisation, blocking or deletion; request portability; ask who we shared it with; withdraw consent; and learn what happens if you refuse — in that case, you simply don't join the list.
