1. Who operates the service
Crypto Analyst is operated by Gabriel Caruccio, operating as kTCH Data Studio, in Brazil.

By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
2. What Crypto Analyst is — and isn't
It reads public market data and produces AI-assisted technical analysis: it maps structure, liquidity zones and levels, and explains the read.

This is an analysis and education tool. It is not investment advice, not financial consulting, not portfolio management, and not a buy or sell signal.
We promise no profit, no accuracy, no returns. Analyses are generated by AI models and may contain errors or misreadings.
The decision to invest is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older with legal capacity. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4. Risk
Crypto assets are volatile and high-risk. You may lose part or all of what you invest. Past performance does not guarantee future results. No Crypto Analyst analysis removes that risk.
5. Free trial
7 days, no card. No automatic charge at the end — if you don't subscribe, access simply ends.
6. Subscription, billing and renewal
- Billed in US dollars (USD), processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
- Your bank may apply its own currency conversion and fees, over which we have no control.
7. Founder price and price changes
⚠️ CLAUSE THAT LIMITS YOUR RIGHTS — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The first 200 paid subscriptions get the founder price: US$12/month or US$119/year.
The founder price is guaranteed for at least 12 months from your first charge.
After that period, and once the founder window closes, list price — US$24/month or US$239/year — applies at your first renewal after the notice period, including for existing subscribers.
This is not a permanent-price promise. It is an entry condition with a guaranteed term.
We email you at least 30 days in advance with the new amount, the date of the first new charge, and how to cancel. If you don't want to continue, cancel before that date — no penalty, no cost.
The count is of paid subscriptions. At 200, the batch closes and the next opens at the same price or higher, never lower.
8. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
- Cancel anytime through the Stripe portal. No penalty, no lock-in, no minimum term.
- You keep access until the end of the period already paid. There is no pro-rata refund for the current period.
- Right of withdrawal: as this is an online purchase, you may withdraw within 7 days of subscribing for a full refund (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49). Just email hello@gocryptoanalyst.com.
9. Usage limits
Usage quotas apply according to your plan, as shown in the app.
You may not: resell, sublicense or redistribute the service or its analyses as a product; automate access (scripts, scraping, bots) beyond personal use; share credentials; circumvent quotas or technical limits; or use the service for unlawful activity.
Breach may lead to suspension of the account (§13).
10. Your analyses
The analyses generated for you are yours — save, download and share them.
When sharing publicly, do not present them as investment advice and make clear they were AI-generated.
The software, brand, interface and methodology remain the property of Gabriel Caruccio (kTCH Data Studio).
11. Third-party technology and data
- Charts: TradingView technology.
- Market data: Binance public APIs, with Bybit as fallback.
- Analysis generation: artificial intelligence providers.
Crypto Analyst is an independent product. There is no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by TradingView, Binance, Bybit or any exchange. We are not liable for unavailability, delay or error in data supplied by those third parties.
12. Availability
We work to keep the service up, but we offer no availability guarantee (SLA). There may be scheduled maintenance, interruption caused by third parties, or unavailability outside our control.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, fraud or abuse. We notify you and refund the unused paid period on a pro-rata basis, except in cases of proven fraud.
You may close your account at any time.
14. Your data
How personal data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.html.
After you close your account, data is deleted within 90 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
15. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses, lost profits or damages arising from investment decisions taken on the basis of the analyses.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid in the 12 months before the event.
Nothing in this clause removes rights that Brazilian consumer legislation guarantees on a non-waivable basis.
16. Changes to these Terms
Material changes are communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you may cancel before they take effect. The current version is always at /terms, with its number and date.
17. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Venue is the consumer's place of residence.
18. Language
The Portuguese version prevails. The English version is a courtesy translation.
